Anyone that disassembles our assemblies without us present make any good faith repairs null and void. If you have a problem - contact us with the parts intact - still assembled - and we will make an honest determination of fault. We always want to know if there's a true problem with our work. Our careful and prescise work habits have allowed us to work fifteen years with less than two tenths of ONE PERCENT of all our assemblies having a problem. Of those three people - we repaired their problem at our cost.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. And anyone that is found to use the internet or any other means to spread slander about our company, it's employees, or false claims about recieved merchanise will not receive service or refunds. Proper communication can solve all problems.
